Ample free camping is available at the Hash House from Friday to Monday. This is on a local landowners grassy paddock so please be self contained if possible.  Some water will be available at the Hash House for those travelling by bus or unable to bring containers (eg flying in from interstate).  If you are coming by car, please bring sufficient water for your needs (we suggest 10 litres per person).

There will be a marquee with some tables and chairs for meals and pre-event planning but if you are coming by car, please bring your own chairs and table if possible.

There are caravan parks and motel accommodation in Cooma about 25 minutes drive.  If you are quick, the Bredbo pub - closest town to the Hash House - also has limited accommodation.

The Hash House catering will be provided by Hartley Lifecare volunteers with snacks, dinner, breakfast, lunch and drinks provided during the event.  Food will be available from 5pm Saturday to 1.30pm on Sunday.  As the Hash House is on the western fringes of the course, there will also be an All-Night-Cafe more centrally located with some food, hot drinks and water.  

Extra meals
Getting there on Friday night? Why not join us for a relaxed pre-event dinner on Friday night - $25 and breakfast on Saturday morning - $15. The Jerangle Primary School P&C will be catering for these extra meals as a fund raiser for the school. These meals can be purchased separately through the entry pages.  Extra meals must be ordered by 30 April.

Catering for supporters
If you have friends or relatives coming to the event but are not competing, there is an option for them to purchase "event catering for supporters" in the extras section of the entry.  Please note that this does not include lunch on Saturday as the HH catering goes from 5pm on Saturday evening till 1.30pm on Sunday.  Catering for supporters must be ordered by 30 April.
