The Course: Stromlo Forest Park. Hash House will be at Event Centre.

Come join us for the first rogaine of the year, a little light exercise and a snack afterwards. There will be challenges for all, with a good track network for novices and younger/older folk and plenty of controls to locate for the competitive types.
Please note, in the event of a total fire ban day being declared, this event will be cancelled.

TO ENTER Use the online form below to enter details then proceed to payment. Pay immediately with Paypal (including credit card - no paypal account required) or using BPAY with the Customer Reference Number and the Biller Code on the entry response . Your entry is not official until the payment is received. BPAY payments may take up to 3 days to clear - you must pay by the date entries close to allow time for this. Every event uses a new BPAY CRN, so please check you use the one generated by entering this event when paying. CRN can be looked up on the Teamlist page.

The Entry Fees are:

  • 3 hour event:
    • $16.00 per adult team member
    • $12.00 per concession team member
    • free for children under 14 years

  • Concession eligibility is available for:
    • Juniors (age 14-17 on the day of the event)
    • Full-time students as eligible for Public Transport concession
    • Unemployed in receipt of Govt benefits
    • Seniors in possession of Govt Senior's Card
    • Other pensioners in receipt of Govt pension

  • Membership:
    For insurance reasons, all competitors must be a member of a Rogaining association. Membership of ACTRA costs $5.00 per adult, $1.00 per junior. If you have not entered an event already this year, your membership dues will be charged with this team entry. Memberships are valid for the calendar year ending 31 December.

  • Late fee:
    A late fee of $10.00 per team member is payable if you are submitting your entry after 18/02/2019. Note you must have paid your entry fee by submitting a BPAY payment. If you have not paid by this date then late entry fees will be added to your entry.

  • Refunds:
    • Full refund before 18/02/2019.
    • No refund after 18/02/2019.
Teams and Categories
  • teams must have between 2 and 5 members
  • Age category calculated from Age (on the first day of the event) values for all team members
  • Junior = all aged between 14 and 17 (inclusive)
  • Youth = all aged between 14 and 22 (inclusive)
  • Open = all teams
  • Veteran = all aged 40 or over
  • Supervet = all aged 55 or over
  • Ultravet = all aged 65 or over
  • Family = at least two people 18 or over and at least one person under 14. Team members need not be related!
