Applications for entry will be taken via an online entry form that will be available on the WRC website when registration opens. There will be three phases of the entry process:
Phase #1 opens at 00:00 hours Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on 1^st December 2011. All Entrants are able to register during this period. If you find yourselves in the list of the pre-qualifying entrants, you will be invited to confirm your entry. If you have been omitted from the PQE list, please mail to: tonjar@gmail.com. Phase #1 closes at 24:00 hours GMT on 14^th December 2011 and all Pre-Qualifying Entrants wishing to take advantage of their Pre-Qualifying Entrant status MUST register during Phase #1.

Phase #2 opens at 00:00 hours GMT on 15^th December 2011 and closes 31^st January 2012. All teams registering during this period will be placed on the waitlist behind teams from Phase #1 in order of receipt of their registration. If the number of total registered teams from Phase #1 exceeds the number of places available, including places reserved for wildcards, then the Non Pre-Qualifying Entrant registrant teams will be listed in order by ballot. After 31^st January we probably will have two waitlists, one containing European and the second non-European teams.

Phase #3 opens on 1^st February 2012 and all teams registering during this period continue to be placed on the waitlist behind teams from the ballot process and Phase #2 in order of receipt of their registration.
